Kindergarten Coulior

When for a walk and ended up skiing kindergarten. Pretty quiet day at boom lake. Snow was okay. The fans were full of debris that ran 2/3 the way down. The coulior itself skied good, from a bit of powder to light wind affected snow. Light wind was moving snow around and looked to be loading some slopes. There was a party that skied it prior to us today, there was enough wind moving snow to almost cover in their boot pack in spots. Thanks to firm snow and a set track it was quick moving. The cornice at the top wasn’t as huge as in the past, we didn’t see any large broken up snow but it very well could have broke in the past week and broken into smaller chunks sliding down the coulior.

We got a bit of reaction off the recent storm snow, but not as much as expected. Chose to go for it and re evaluate every few minutes. Density of the snow was consistent and firm. I tried to ski cut and see if I could get something to move and received no results.
