Went up to Crowfoot Glades. Stayed on mellow slopes on skiers left in the trees. Surprisingly no wind crust. Riding was good but got worse near the base. Due to the forecast we made conservative choices and stayed away from overhead

Witnessed a cornice failure on the approach to Bowcrow causing a 1-2 size sluff avalanche with about 100 m runout. We made the decision to stay away from overhead hazards
