Reasonable skiing today up on the Cirque Forepeak with the ACC BITS group. Challenging ski conditions below treeline due to lack of snow. Alpine skiing was wind effected and crusty, best skiing was at treeline. No instabilities like whumphs or shooting cracks were observed despite breaking trail for most of the day. Heard 1 avalanche from a distance, likely from the Crowfoot North / Bow Lake area. It's a recurring theme this year, but we still need more snow!
