The facet layers in the mid to upper snowpack in this shallow snowpack area continued to produce collapsing and propagate in tests. One meadow-wide booming collapse. Several smaller, muffled collapses. Dug in sheltered (HS 127) and drifted (HS 145) sites. Both produced propagating results, but on different facet layers between 35-65 down.
