Snowpack
Good powder off the top. Crusty down low. Had one settlement at around 11,500 feet facing north east. No one had been to the top of the feature (Main head wall/start zone). There were approximately four tracks coming in low beneath the head wall. These tracks skied down the main. Significant buckling up high on east facing terrain. At least three independent avalanches had already slid on the way up the skin track.
Avalanche
Approached the main head wall from the north at around 11,700 feet. Proceeded to jump at four different places (approximate slope angle 35 degrees-ish) on the main head wall (working my way south) releasing 4 independent slab avalanches approximately 14-18 inches deep running approximately 100 vertical feet (enough to bury a person and pin them against tree)
