Weather
Pleasant spring day. Winds were calm at site of snowpack observations with clouds increasing to SCT during the time I was up there.
Snowpack
Generally still winter-like snow in Sister 1A, with all but snow surface temps remaining below 0C and as cold as -4C, though the snow surface was beginning to become slightly moist as I left the site. See snow pit profile for more details.
Avalanche
Numerous small WL avalanches observed on steep, rocky slopes, particularly on E-S aspects.
