Snowpack

Slab sits on top of basal facets from prior to Thanksgiving storm cycle. A shallow wind slab is present in the upper 10cm or so of the snowpack. See snow pit profile for more details.

Avalanche

Numerous very small (D0.5) loose avalanches were observed out of the rocks between Batchplant and Whistler. A couple of very small (D0.5) skier triggered soft slabs were noted in the area also.
