Rossland Range: Mt Grey

Good skiing. Noticed numerous cracks and small slabs running on old/new snow interface. The new snow is settling rapidly but not yet bonding to the old snow. We stayed away from any convex rolls or steep slopes. There is plenty of evidence inbounds to demonstrate that things are still touchy on all aspects. North slopes have not run naturally in Grey. Cornices are already quite well developed. Even though this area is inbounds, it is not yet opened and no any control has been done yet.
