Snowpack

Snow surface wetted even in shady areas until ATL where it was windier. Dug a hasty pit and performed an ECT at 12k on a NNE aspect. Only dug down 80cm*. Snow was dense. Finger hard to pencil hard. Near surface facets at 20cm down. Did not observe additional weak layers in the upper 80cm of the snowpack. HS 200cm; ETCP22 20cm down from snow surface; RP/Q2; 1F cohesive slab failing on FC. P hard below the weak layer. *Forgot to rearrange my pack... Dug with a plastic shovel and lacked a saw so it was not the cleanest of pits.
