6-10ft crown. Scale of 1 to 5 it is a 4. Broke loose after 6 to 8 turns formed a three foot wave in front of skier. Skier skied to safe zone on mines shoulder. slid to ground and ran all the way to the meadow .5 mi below to the NW. 15-25 ft debris pile in the East-West trending gully.
