Officers Gulch. NE aspect, near 12,001'. Clear skies, with calm winds from the West-North West. Temp was rising through out the day.
Avalanche
Officers Gulch. zone 13S, 0399064 east by 4377670 north NE aspect, Elevation near 12,001'. HS-AS-D1. Description: During a ski cut along the ridge, triggered a small <R1-D1 wind slab at shallow point in snowpack, along ridge line. After the trigger, next skier triggered the hang-fire. Crown was about 12-15 inches deep, and width was 15 to 20 feet long. Vertical fall was around 120 feet. Debris Length was 10 feet, Debris width was 30 feet. No one was caught or injured in the avalanche.
