Weather
Not much in the way of precip overnight. There was a little spike in RH between 8 & 11 last night when we got roughly an inch on the passes. Another warm night at pass level. Only a short dip below freezing on Molas. Our Monument site in the Gorge has stayed mostly above freezing over the last two days. Weather Stations: Wind avgs dropped off slightly but seem to be moving up again last hours: Currently all generally SE/30’s G50’s. Out and about yesterday afternoon when winds were quite high and saw only ridge crest wind transport (moderate). At pass level winds were in 30’s but no snow moving moist or frozen snow around. It was doing a good job of keeping surfaces cool. Current RH 50’s-60% Current Temps 20-25F Currently in Silverton: Cloudy; HN24 – trace. Winds- ligt southerly; Temp 33F.
