Increasing high cloudiness. Mild temps, but cool on the ridge with the light SW winds. HN/W from the recent storm; 2"/0.1". 26" snowfall this month, about 62% of the 24 year average.
Snowpack
The 2" of recent did little to change the local situation and recent lack of snow. Snow depths ranged from 20-40cm on NW-N-NE aspects near TL. Snowpack there made up of mostly cohesion-less mixed forms. MF crust common in open sunny terrain. Fresh surface hoar, 4mm typical.
