Around 11:30 to noon a rider triggered a small soft slab avalanche (SSASuR1D.5 I) on about the second turn below the ridge. Skis got caught under the slow moving debris, rider was carried an estimated maybe 40 meters (120 ft). Rider stood up as debris stopped and skied out.
