Snowpack

There was surface crust on all aspects at around 10,000 ft. This was observed at about midday on Sunday. A very unique mix of snow that resembled trimmed beard hair and mist that would freeze to your goggles and apparently enough to crust the snow surface of between 1/8" and 1/4" thick. Pretty unique given that that the temperature was below freezing weather station at Mt. Werner had temps. around 22 degrees. The crust was easily breakable for some good skiing. No snow pit info for you with this trip.=
