It was stinking hot in the sun heading up to Lookout Col today. About 40cm of fresh snow the night before. The snow got heavier throughout the day, breaking trail was hard work. There was already a thin crust forming on the surface once the clouds rolled in. But couldn’t feel the crust below.

Saw several naturals in motion off Lookout mountain and Sir Donald. They were a mix of slabs and point releases.
