There was an inversion all day at Balu pass today. Surface hoar present from TL (1900m) and above. Wind affected snow was found in the alpine but it was generally soft and wasn't crack. We saw some sz1 dry loose coming down from steep south to West aspect. The snow inside the bowl was between 4F and F and made it for good skiing. Nothing that we skied got too warm today!
