Windy, cold and clear day, after several warm and sunny days.

Snowpack

On the south aspect, there is not much snow ATL, BLT, the snowpack seems to settle in the last few days, and one small WL avalanche out of a rock was visible from the road. On the east-southeast aspect BTL, the snowpack was supportive with 60-80 cm of 4F-1F hard midpack and a weak basal layer below. NTL, there is a weak 4F hard DH 8-17 cm from the ground with P-K hard snow above it. I did not see any signs of instability throughout the fieldwork. See snowpit for more details.
