Some good turns to be had, but you need to be very selective with terrain - it'll be obvious where conditions are horrendous (grass showing). Snow depth ranging from 30-80cm, but supportive. We skiied N and NE-facing slopes. Temperatures ranged from 0 to -5, with some wind felt at higher elevation (and obvious strong wind kicking snow around at even higher elevations). Day was mostly cloudy (~80% cover). Overall, surprisingly decent turns given some of the reports we read before heading out. Wind loading definitely an issue, but we saw nothing that gave cause for concern. Tree approach before entering Mt. Tyrwhitt area is getting exciting in sections.
