Skied tryst on Saturday. The skiing was fantastic, great powder on top of the rain crust from last weekend. Ski cuts produced some reasonable stuffing, but no whumphing or shooting cracks we're observed. Some of the chutes further down the ridge had visible wind slabs. Including our group there were four groups out. All the chutes were skied a few times by the time we left. The area definitely needs new snow before skiing will be decent again. Across the valley we also saw some avalanche debris on the backside of tent that looked to be a few days old. There were two separate slides: one closer closer to the east end was about size 1, the other was basically some sluffing over a rock outcropping less than size 1.
