I traveled on N to NE aspects below and near treeline. Below treeline I found faceted snow to the ground, with little evidence of a slab present. Near treeline on a NE aspect I found a faceting slab over larger grained facets and depth hoar with non-propagating ECT results at the slab/facet interface.
