Snowpack

I traveled on SW-W-N facing slopes below tree line. The snowpack was largely cohesionless on all aspects except SW. SW slopes were firm and difficult to get purchase with skis.

Avalanche

Múltiple dry loose avalanches ran on the snow surface and one that released at the ground on NW facing slope below tree line. The largest dry loose ran for 200ft and was large enough to knock you off your feet. L-AR-R1-D1 x3
