Wind effected where the slide was triggered.

ENE aspect. ~11,800’ in elevation. South of Ophir Pass below what is known as “The Nose”. Crown is 25-30 meters across and 1.5-2 meters deep. Wind loaded area, snow showed signs of wind effect. Slide triggered above the rider as they hit the toe of this slide path and it did not fracture underfoot. The rider was not caught. No signs of instability observed before descent.
