east facing cornice on about a 30ft tall face at around 10,250 tempature 23 degrees no wind and sunny

11 inches of very soft snow sitting on a very weak sort of icy flakes layer that’s about 2 inches tall

30ft of cornice about a foot tall slid and caused the whole face to break and slid down about 5 ft of the face
