Warm and sunny, 50’s, close To freezing at night. No observations reports were taken.

Avalanche
Most likely a wet slide avalanche was observed from the summit of Hans Peak, down on the west facing slope, opposite direction of Steamboat Lake. Two ski tracks were noticed down the route, however they were on top of the debris and slide path, suggesting either the first skier triggered it and the second rode down after it had finished, or the slide occurred before they rode on it. We did not ski down to it and make any reports or observations other than what was gathered from the summit.
