App. 65" of snow has fallen at Monarch Mountain since March 1 w/ almost 6" of water. Winds have been been moderate to strong for most of the month. Gondola Bowl is a E-N-NNW facing bowl ATL, 30-40 degree slope. Slide ran on the E to ENE side of the bowl.

Avalanche

A very large, R3D3 avalanche ran naturally sometime in the last several days. We were able to see from our Monarch Ridge Camera. Center Crown looks to be 20-30 feet tall. Estimated to be several hundred feet wide and looks to have run most of the track.
