Cold. Snowing up to S3 at times. Broken clouds other times. Blowing and transporting snow.

10”-12” below treeline. Less as you climb due to the wind. Found protected 10”-12” ATL on a north aspect. Wind quickly developing pockets of wind slabs

Avalanche

Triggered a small wind slab on a ski cut. Predictable. Slab broke and ran 200-300’. Apx. 10’ across.
