Cold. Light NW winds w M gusts. 2" new snow. Did I mention it was cold? Occasional blowing snow on peaks across the valley.

Snowpack

Generally, basal Depth Hoar topped by midpack slab of varying hardnesses. Many exposed slopes significantly affected by winds - scoured, cross-loaded, drifted, polished. Some effects on sheltered slopes as well. Multiple aspects and elevations. Sun crusts below new snow on steeper west, SE slopes.
