R1 D1.5 Hard Slab N-NE 11,600' Photo was taken from a distance so hard to see crown depth and bed surface. These trees and the feature have a little bit more northly aspect perhaps harboring more early season facets. Unknown when and how it was triggered. Demonstrates the variability and uncertainty of where one may trigger an avalanche.
