Musical Bumps Update

Afternoon return with AST2 from Bumps revealed accumulation to 25-30cm in specific crossloaded and top-loaded features from mod winds SE all day and mostly light precip. Shooting cracks to 6m observed on shorter test slopes over 35 degrees. Windslabs touchy in these features producing soft dry slabs while ski cutting. All storm snow from 2100m down over 170216 crust which was supportable to riders in all but the higher N asp where some facetting is weakening it. Cornice tabs growing and fragile. No naturals observed through day but skier initiated noted on steeper convexities to size 1.
