Spotty, Stubborn, Sudden hand shears down 30-50 on Jan 3 PWL. Snowpack was very rightside up, consistantly 1F to P with pole probing. Conditions felt Low Low Low. We continued to step out as the day progressed into fairly triggerable terrain incuding thick to thin areas and old wind slab with zero sighns of instabity.
