Cool, Overcast, Periods of snow almost exceeding S1, though HN24 1cm. Breezy, but no snow available for transport. At pass level Moderate winds were channeled S-SW.
Snowpack
Cool, cloudy conditions and solid overnight freeze kept stout crusts frozen on sunny slopes. Notable effects from solar radiation over past week. Teeth-jarring coral reef surface conditions on all but shaded/Nrly slopes, which are still soft & dry at pass level and above. Seems that sun was the primary factor in melting surfaces over 11k.
