Weather

It was overcast all day with light snow. At the top of the ridge was moderate winds coming from the west. After we dropped down a couple hundred feet there was much less wind.

Snowpack

There was 25-30cm of new snow on top of large faceted snow. We saw some defined facet lines in the upper 3rd of the old snow. The snow depth varied from place to place about 20-90cm.
