Had snowed the night before. Cool temps and mostly overcast. Continued to flurry through AM

Snowpack

Below treeline rotten with 1-2" of fresh dry snow on top. Often so rotten that while skinning up skis collapsed the snow to the ground. Many bare patches below treeline. Near treeline still warm under fresh dry snow. More fresh, up to 3". Less likely to be completely rotten. Under fresh, about 3 inches had firmed up, but nothing beyond 1F. Above treeline similar to at treeline. 3" fresh on 3" 1-4F on 4F-Fist
