NE (50) 11,000' Surface hoar (1mm-4mm) on most aspects from 8600' to 11,000'. SH was still preserved/upright at 15.30 on shady aspect. Surface was SH/NSF the entire ascent. Snowpack depth 230cm, pit 105cm CTM14SP, CTM16SP, ECTN all tests failed down 42cm on buried SH

Avalanche

We came upon a single snowboard track, we estimate the track was 24 hours old. Rider descended approx 75' to where they remote trigger a R1D1 on a small convexity. Convexity was approx. 35+ degrees. Rider returned to the ridge and it appears they descended the skin track with partner(s)
