HS 40"; HN 3"; 3" new on top of a surface wind slab; variable depending on terrain location. No settlement or shooting cracks; isolated, minor surface soft slab failure of the 3" on the wind slab. Otherwise, no signs of instability within the basal or midpack layers. No sluffing.
