HS (full depth) 85 cm at 1800 m, unconsolidated down to a moist crust 10-20cm off the ground. -5, snowing S2 (2 cm per hour) all afternoon. We didn’t venture above 1800 m, but other groups went to treeline and reported Moderate to Strong wind from the south, with (human triggerable) slab forming, as well as multiple audible (cloud obscured all visibility) natural avalanches in the Alpine. No plowing after River Road.
