While skiing out of West Nile’s, heard a large rumble that last many seconds. Looked around, but couldn’t see much as we were in heavy trees. Once we got to a clearing below tree line, we looked up and saw a size 3 natural avalanche had occurred and propagated across the entire slope (100+ metres). No one was involved, timing was approximately 1:00 pm when the avalanche occurred.
