Snowpack depth was around 130cm at 1800 m. The surface was well-settled powder, a crust was buried 60 cm down. The riding was okay but tentative in the burn, with logs, stumps and punjy trees sticking out and big holes in otherwise covered creek beds. Freezing level was around 1600 m but the snow wasn’t noticeably moist until much lower. Could definitely use more snow.
