ECTP04 (not sure if that’s exactly how to report this... failure on 4 wrist taps). Failure was on the crust layer ~55 cm’s. Snow depth was ~135 cm’s total on a 40 degree slope just below ridge line going into Achidopholis. We never intended on riding the slope just wanted to check it out. Our decent into the dense trees below Whitequeen on the SW aspect had good snow and felt pretty stable. No slabbing out which was surprising considering what we dug on this NE aspect.
