North, North West facing aspect, No signs of instability despite the new snow, no whumphing, cracking no obvious crust on penetration with ski poles up to a metre then felt much more solid, pretty similar feel as we traveled up the slope. We didn't dig a pit this time round. Wind consistently S, SE and the so we rode lee side as south facing slope was wind scowered but avoided convex and steep run ins. Snow was great, firm powder and not heavy made for fun riding.
