Sunny, calm warm day. 42 degrees measured at about 1pm at 11,600ft.
Snowpack
Variable. Southerly facing slopes below treeline were isothermal at the end of the day. North facing slopes below treeline are mostly all facets. Near treeline the surface has a wind skin to crust depending on the aspect. A north aspect at 11,600ft had 65cm of snow or more on the facets. 10cm minimum of pencil snow sits over the January 19 facets. ECTP25 and 28 down 65 on 3-4mm facets. The snow at 12,000ft was completely faceted on north. Southeast facing slopes near treeline had 125cm of snow on January 19 facets with a total HS of 180cm.

Several older R1d1 loose dry avalanches estimated to have run on 3/1/2021.
