Increasing cloud cover during the day with shifting winds from N to E. Light snowfall started at about 12 PM with increasing intensity up to S2 buy 1 MP.

SE slopes >= TL have several layers of MFcr that likely to prevent a skier load from penetrating deep into the weak layers. Pre storm signs of WL avalanches on > 35 deg slopes and below cliffs were visible. See snowpit for more details. On NE aspect, NTL the snowpack was still dry with weak mid-pack layers.
