Weather
Clear and calm in the morning. Winds picked up by around 1PM.
Snowpack
Mostly northerly-facing slopes in the near treeline elevation band. Still 2-3 inches of cold dry new snow at the surface which wasn't wet at 3PM. The snowpack is pretty strong in this area. Snowpack tests did propagate on a layer of near-surface facets buried below a crust about 40 centimeters deep, but the results were hard ECTP 27-29. No cracking or collapsing.
Avalanche
All of the avalanches we saw were small and have already been reported.
