Day tour up McRae. Easy skiing through the forest and blocks. Punched up just near the end of the summer trail. No low clouds but fully overcast at mid/high ceiling layers. Good string wind @treeline and above. Some sings of wind effect and loading. Got some really tiny cracks to shoot on some exposed areas. Wind coming from SW (it seemed). Stayed at tree line and skied a nice line down to the lake. Good coverage and good snow. 130 cms at 2150. Difference of 40 cms from wind loaded to scoured spots at our transition point. Skied the cut blocks out. Enough snow but still low tides. Keep them tips up.
