Snowpack

Approx. 35 inches of new snow, large faceted/depth hoar layer near ground. Experienced multiple whoomfs throughout the day and observed snow collapse and cracking on some slopes above 30 degrees.

R1 D1 Persistent slab on North aspect around 12,400 ft, estimated start zone slope angle is 35 degrees, unknown trigger, crown height estimated 3 ft.
