Snowpack
About 5 cm of new light density snow fell on during a short burst of moderate winds on the tour into Prospect Gulch. Touring along the top pf prospect trees there was a significant collapse just below the ridgeline on a north aspect. HS was about a meter in that location. I dug a pit on a NE aspect just below treeline (see profile) which was similar to the conditions outlined in the forecast. I had an ECTN22 on the new/old snow interface.
Avalanche
None observed. Small sloughs on the descent.
