Weather
Chilly morning followed by snow showers and cloudy skies. The weather changed by mid-day and turned out to be quite pleasant. Temps warmed and visibility improved around noon. New snow maybe reached 1 inch.
Snowpack
The snowpack is similar to what we've observed in other parts of the zone. The mid-pack slab is still supportive but has lost significant strength due to recent cold weather. The upper 20cm is fully faceted and the lower 30cm is super weak 2-3mm facets and depth hoar. On more southerly aspects, the mid-pack slab has totally eroded and is essentailly weak snow sitting over weaker snow. For the time being, this structure is poor but less capable of producing avalanches. When snowfall returns through, this setup will not handle much of a load and failures will be widespread.
Avalanche
None that were fresh or different from ones previously reported.
