Sunny and warm, few clouds. Light west wind, some moderate gusting.

Snowpack

A little bit of everything. Sunny slopes had a sun crust, west facing slopes were either bare or had a wind crust, protected north facing slopes had surface hoar formations. Snow height average on north facing slopes was 35cm. Pit on a NNW aspect near treeline in a protected spot revealed a 1cm melt freeze crust 9cm from the ground that was reactive in column tests (CT7SC@9, ECPT7@9, PST21/100END). Below this thin crust was a layer of 3mm depth hoar.
