Weather

Broken to scattered skies throughout the day, temps were 10F at the trailhead at 9am. No new snow. Calm to moderate winds.

Snowpack

5-10cm of new snow from last night's storm. Blowing snow observed at ridge line. Near and above treeline surface snow was starting to consolidate and show signs of cracking and cohesion after 2pm into the afternoon.

Avalanche

No avalanches observed. Got a nice look around the pass, into the Never Summers and north into the Medicine Bow and did not observe any avalanches.
